When I applied the practice of deliberate rest to my life, my results went so far beyond having a “productivity boost.”
My entire life was recalibrated.
It was like a fresh start.
After years of endless work, I finally had the capacity to be present for my son, spend time with my husband, and enjoy long-lost hobbies (without secretly stressing about everything I wasn’t getting done).
My health is better than it’s been in years. I feel calm, vibrant, and full of energy.
And with a well-rested mind, the hours I do spend working have been transformational for my goals and passions.
It was the lack of focus - not the lack of hours spent working! - that held me back for so many years…
And now, by intentionally giving my body the rest and rejuvenation it needs, I’ve broken free to live my truest and highest potential.
So like I said, there’s more to this little 5-day challenge than “just” getting more done.
